The main feature for the September, 2003 meeting was this Bell 1956 Bell 47H-1 that has been restored to an immaculate condition. According to the owners, this is a rare bird that with under a hundred total built of which several no longer are flying.
N1211's owners are the two gentlemen just closest to the front of the left skid.
This is definitely a beautiful machine.
Notice the shiny brass light fixtures over the instruments in the panel. That finish was hidden under dull grey paint from a previous owner.
